A Close Look at a Seasonal Menu

I walked by Fresh Bistro today, a restaurant in West Seattle, just a few blocks from my house. I occasionally walk by and stare at the menu in their window. They are one of the unique restaurants in Seattle that use seasonal ingredients in their meals. From a creative standpoint, I am always curious about how they incorporate produce that is in season into their menu. So, I took a closer look and here is how they are being creative this month.
